Ingredients:

  • 10 fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup soda water

  • 1/2 cup non-alcoholic sparkling water

  • Mint sprig and lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass.

  2. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.

  3. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice.

  4. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice.

  5. Pour the soda water and non-alcoholic sparkling water over the ice.

  6. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired.

  7. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge and a sprig of mint.

The Story Behind the Drink

The Mojito originated in Cuba and has always been a symbol of refreshment and relaxation. Legend has it that the drink dates back to the 16th century when locals created a simple concoction of lime, mint, sugar, and a primitive form of rum as a medicinal remedy. The drink evolved over the centuries, becoming the beloved Mojito we know today.

By creating a non-alcoholic version, we at Sober Society want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the invigorating experience this drink offers, without the alcohol. Our mission is to make non-alcoholic living fashionable and fun, and this mocktail is a perfect representation of that vision.

At Sober Society, we believe in inclusivity and celebrating each individual's choice. Whether you're driving, health-conscious, or simply prefer to stay sober, our products and drinks are designed to make you feel part of the community. So, mix up a Virgin Mojito, raise your glass, and toast to a stylish and inclusive lifestyle!
